My favourite place to farm after reaching A5 Hell is Niathlak. Only drop from monsters in aLVL 130 zones and beyond.The item pool was separated in this way because we want to reward players who take greater risks and clear harder areas with better rewards.The item progression is also more closely tied to the leveling progression this wayMore Sacred uniques will continue to be added in future patches.
Very few in number and incredibly powerful. Start dropping from regular monsters in aLVL 117 and beyond, and bosses in aLVL 115 areasTier 3: extremely rare chase items.
